My love for animals goes back to my childhood. Growing up in Saskatoon,  I had cats, dogs, and birds. I've always had a strong desire to work with them and in 2018, I finally took the plunge and started my journey to becoming a Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG).

After many months of intense studying, I passed the written exams from the National Cat Groomer's Institute (NCGI) and included topics such as:

• temperament assessment,

• cat health and anatomy,

• breeds, colours and coat types,

• safe handling skills, and

• grooming styles.

My hands-on training at the Apex Academy of Professional Grooming further enhanced my handling skills and enabled me to achieve my certification.
